To submit your order for processing, click on the “shopping cart” button on the upper right-hand side of the screen and follow the instructions.  You can purchase books on this website using Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or Apple Pay.

All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. 

Shipping

Shipping is only available to the U.S. and Canada for orders placed through JewishLives.org. 

For orders to the United Kingdom, Europe, and Israel, shipping is available through yalebooks.co.uk.

For orders to Australia, shipping is available through Wiley Australia.

For customers in the U.S., please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, an economy shipping solution for media items by USPS.

For customers in Canada, please allow 10-12 business days. Orders are shipped via APC Canada Surface which conveniently ships via Canada Post.

Refunds + Returns

E-GIFT CARDS
Unused e-gift cards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase by emailing contact@jewishlives.org. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded. 

BOOKS (U.S. + Canada)
Books must be in resalable condition. No permission required, but invoice information must be provided or a penalty discount will be used. No returns accepted after 18 months.
