HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE

You can order books securely from this website at any time. To order a book, click on the “add to cart” button, which appears on individual book and collection product pages. To submit your order for processing, click on the “shopping cart” button on the upper right-hand side of the screen and follow the instructions.  You can purchase books on this website using Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or Apple Pay. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. 

Please note we only accept orders online and not over the phone. We’re grateful for your understanding and support of Jewish Lives.

If paying by credit card, please note that the charges will be made by JEWISH LIVES. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is only available to the United States. Orders are fulfilled by Porchlight Books.

·        To order Jewish Lives titles in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Israel, shipping is available through yalebooks.co.uk.

·        To order Jewish Lives titles in Australia, shipping is available through Wiley Australia.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 6-12 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS Mail Innovation or UPS Ground.

RETURNS

Please note that returns are not accepted once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, it can be returned for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. To confirm your return, please email contact@jewishlives.org.

BULK ORDERS

Non-profit bulk orders in salable condition may be returned within 90 days of purchase.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

The return shipment must include invoice information. Send books prepaid, carefully packed, and marked to:
